「AI評新股」是 bbc.cc 运营者自用的视频发布工具（下称"本工具"），用于把本站每日生成的招股书摘要短视频上传到运营者本人的 YouTube 频道。
本工具只有一位使用者：bbc.cc 的运营者本人。它不对公众开放，没有注册、登录或账号体系，也不存在其他用户。

本工具不建立数据库，不保存任何用户数据。仅保存以下技术性凭据：OAuth 客户端 ID、客户端密钥、刷新令牌——存放于运营者私有代码仓库的加密密钥存储中，仅用于调用上传接口。
不共享。数据不会出售、出租或以任何形式提供给任何第三方。视频内容仅通过 YouTube API 上传到运营者本人的频道。
本工具使用 YouTube API Services（YouTube Data API v3 的 videos.insert，scope 为 youtube.upload）。
本工具不保存任何经 API 获取的数据，因此不涉及第三方数据的保留期问题。若要删除已上传的视频，直接在 YouTube 频道中删除即可。
本工具为运营者自用的内部工具，不面向公众，也不面向儿童。
本政策如有更新，将修改本页顶部的生效日期。

"AI評新股" is an internal video-publishing tool operated solely by the operator of bbc.cc (the "Tool"). It uploads the site's daily prospectus-summary videos to the operator's own YouTube channel.
The Tool has exactly one user: the operator of bbc.cc. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, login, or account system, and there are no other users.

The Tool maintains no database and stores no user data. Only these technical credentials are kept: OAuth client ID, client secret, and refresh token — held in the encrypted secret store of the operator's private repository, used solely to call the upload endpoint.
None. No data is sold, rented, or otherwise provided to any third party. Video content is sent only to the operator's own YouTube channel via the YouTube API.
The Tool uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3 videos.insert, scope youtube.upload).
The Tool stores no data obtained through the YouTube API, so no third-party retention period applies. To delete an uploaded video, delete it from the YouTube channel.
The Tool is a single-operator internal tool. It is not directed at the public or at children.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
