Q1. 我的记录和星图数据存在哪里？

全部数据只存在您的设备本地（应用沙盒内），开发者无法访问。卸载应用会删除设备上的全部数据。

Q2. 如何备份数据？

在系统「设置 → 您的 Apple ID → iCloud」中确认已登录，然后在应用内「我的 → 数据」开启 iCloud 备份。开启后，您的记录会自动同步到您本人的 iCloud 账户，换机或重装后从 iCloud 恢复。

需要提醒：免费 iCloud 空间（5 GB）可能不足以备份大量图片，可在系统设置中查看存储用量。

Q3. 离线星历数据下载失败怎么办？

扩展星历数据（1850–2150 年，约 30 MB）直接从 Cloudflare 的存储服务下载。若下载失败：

Q6. 记录中的图片会占用多少空间？

图片以压缩后存储在本地。若空间紧张，可删除含图片的记录，或清理不用的离线星历数据。

FAQ

Q1. Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device (inside the app sandbox). The Developer has no access to it. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data.

Q2. How do I back up my data?

Sign in to iCloud in system Settings, then enable iCloud backup at “Me → Data” in the App. Your journal entries will sync to your own iCloud account automatically. Restore after reinstall by signing into the same Apple ID.

Note: the free 5 GB iCloud tier may be insufficient if you store many photos. Check usage in system Settings.

Q3. Ephemeris download fails, what should I do?

Extended ephemeris data (1850–2150, ~30 MB) is downloaded directly from Cloudflare’s storage. If it fails: check your network (some networks require a proxy); delete and retry at “Me → Offline Ephemeris”; bundled data (1971–2060) always works offline.

Q4. How do I change the language?

“Me → Language Settings” supports 16 interface languages. Changes take effect immediately without restarting.

Q5. Can I migrate data when switching phones?

Yes. With iCloud backup enabled, sign into the same Apple ID on the new device and install the App — your data syncs back automatically.

Q6. How much space do photos in journal entries use?

Photos are stored locally in compressed form. If space is tight, delete entries with photos or remove unused ephemeris data.

Bug Reporting

If the App crashes or misbehaves: restart the App → restart the device → re-download ephemeris data. If the issue persists, email a detailed description (with steps and screenshots) to app@bbc.cc.
