「时也」是一款占星与天文工具，提供以下功能：
本命盘——吠陀、古典、现代三体系综合排盘；推运——法达、太阳回归、行运等多体系推运分析；天文——太阳系行星实时位置、轨迹图与历史/未来查询；纪事——个人日记与生活事件记录；规律——事件统计、时间轴与行星关联分析。
本应用提供的所有占星内容仅供文化参考与个人探索，不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务或任何专业建议。您对基于本应用内容所做的任何决定自行承担责任。
3.1 本应用支持三种使用模式：游客模式（无需登录，可使用天文、纪事、规律功能）、72 小时试用（通过设备标识符创建临时账户，体验完整 Pro 功能）、Sign in with Apple（正式账户，无需单独注册）。
3.2 账户仅供您个人使用，请勿将登录权限共享给他人。
3.3 删除账户：可随时通过「账户设置 → 删除账户」操作，账户及服务器上的全部相关数据将被永久删除。
4.1 本应用为买断制，一次购买，永久使用，无订阅或自动续费。新用户享有 72 小时免费试用期，可完整体验全部 Pro 功能。试用到期后，Pro 功能受限，购买后恢复完整访问。试用期间产生的星盘及笔记数据在购买后保持不变。
4.2 所有付款通过 Apple App Store 处理，开发者不接触任何支付信息。
4.3 退款：退款事宜请通过 Apple 办理：reportaproblem.apple.com。开发者不直接处理退款。
4.4 若 Apple 批准退款，购买权益随之终止。
您同意不得：尝试反编译、破解本应用或未经授权访问其系统；以自动化方式批量访问本应用；将本应用用于任何违法目的。
本应用的代码、设计、文字、图标等内容归开发者所有，受知识产权法律保护。本条款授予您有限的个人使用许可，不可转让，不可用于商业目的。
本应用按「现状」提供，开发者不对服务中断或占星内容的准确性作出保证。日记数据保存在设备本地（若启用 iCloud 则自动同步至个人账户），星盘数据存储于服务器可随时重新生成。
在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者对因使用本应用产生的间接损失不承担责任。开发者对您的最高赔偿责任不超过您为本应用支付的购买金额。
若您违反本条款，开发者可暂停或终止您的账户。如开发者决定停止运营本应用，将提前 30 天通知。
本条款受新加坡法律管辖。因本条款产生的争议，双方应首先尝试协商解决；协商不成，提交新加坡国际仲裁中心（SIAC）仲裁。仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。
重大变更将提前 30 天通知。继续使用本应用即视为接受。
本条款以简体中文和繁体中文为准。其他语言译本仅供阅读参考，如有歧义，以中文版本为准。

By downloading or using Shiye, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Shiye is an astrology and astronomy tool providing: Natal Charts — integrated analysis across Vedic, Classical, and Modern systems; Transits & Progressions — multi-system predictive techniques; Astronomy — real-time planetary positions, trajectory charts, and historical/future queries; Journal — personal diary and life event recording; Patterns — event statistics, timeline, and planetary correlation analysis.
All astrological content provided by the App is for cultural reference and personal exploration only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on content within the App.
3.1 The App supports three modes: Guest (no login required; access to Astronomy, Journal, and Patterns), 72-Hour Trial (a temporary account via device identifier, with full Pro features), and Sign in with Apple (a permanent account; no separate registration needed).
3.2 Your account is for your personal use only. Do not share access with others.
3.3 Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via "Account Settings → Delete Account". All associated server data will be permanently deleted.
4.1 Shiye is available as a one-time purchase with no subscription or auto-renewal. New users enjoy a 72-hour free trial with full access to all Pro features. After the trial expires, Pro features become limited; they are restored upon purchase. Charts and notes created during the trial remain intact after purchase.
4.2 All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. The Developer never accesses your payment information.
4.3 Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Developer does not process refunds directly.
4.4 If Apple approves a refund, your access to paid features will be revoked accordingly.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems; access the App through automated means; use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App's code, design, text, and icons are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes only.
The App is provided "as is." The Developer makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service or the accuracy of astrological content. Journal data is saved locally on your device (and synced to your personal iCloud account if enabled); chart data is stored on servers and can be regenerated at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. The Developer's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the App.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. If the Developer decides to discontinue the App, 30 days' notice will be provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese versions. Translations into other languages are for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
